"I saw another angel coming down from heaven...
and the earth was illuminated with his glory."
Revelation 18:1

End Times Watch

We live in apocalyptic times, with record heat, drought, fires, and disasters of all kinds. Astronomical signs have been seen with increasing frequency, which connect to biblical symbolisms (For more about these, see my Lighten the Earth book series). Increasing reports of UFOs and alients demonstrate the deceptive power of evil spirits (see this post for more). Luke 21 says:

And there will be signs in sun, moon, and stars; distress of nations on the earth with perplexity, the roaring of the sea, and rolling surge; 26 men fainting for fear in expectation of the things which are coming on the world, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 And then will they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 But when these things begin to come to pass, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near. Luke 21:25-28

We are seeing events of the end times fulfilling all around us, but do
we recognize them for what they truly are and understand the significance of what is happening? Are we aware of some of the deceptions we need to watch for and avoid? World-wide catastrophes and charismatic movements are about to take the world captive.

Many falsely believe we are about to enter a higher state in the universe, a higher consciousness thought to be brought in by the Aquarian Age. People believe this could be a transitional time in the universe in which we're coming closer to "Utopia," and increasing in our "evolutionary path."

Such ideas are setting many people up to be deceived by satanic forces in the end times, fallen angels pretending to be "spirit guides" to lead them into a "higher experience." It's the same type of "higher" experience that the serpent promised Eve in the Garden of Eden, a deception that leads to death and sorrow.

It's interesting how closely ideas of "Utopia" associated with the New Age
match some Christian interpretations of end-time events. Many believe the end times will bring Christ to Earth to reign for a thousand years of peace. Both mystical ideas and misinterpretations of scripture are preparing the world to receive Lucifer in the form of the antichrist who pretends to bring all nations together. While he talks of peace, he'll work for destruction (see here for more on this).

It's well worth studying the Bible, our guide to life, to learn the significance of what's happening in our times so we can avoid being deceived by what's coming upon our world in these end times...
